E-commerce bookkeeper

Your new firm

A small but rapidly growing firm of forward thinking Chartered Accountants, with a focus on the e-commerce sector. We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team.

Duties & responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of bookkeeping clients in the e-commerce sector using Xero software
• Set up and management of integration of Xero between various platforms & marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, WooCommerce etc.)
• Processing of purchase invoices using Receipt Bank
• Processing of online payroll for your portfolio of clients using BrightPay
• Preparation of UK VAT returns
• Preparation of information to enable completion of US GST returns and EU VAT returns
• Bank reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations

Experience & skills

• Experience of working as a bookkeeper within a practice setting, ideally with e-commerce clients
• Experience of using cloud accounting software (desirable)
• AAT Qualified (desirable)
